Reporting and Safety Channels

Humak has two reporting channels: one for reporting near-miss situations and safety incidents, and another for reporting suspected misconduct in accordance with the Whistleblower Directive. Choose the channel depending on your matter.

Whistleblowing channel

The whistleblowing channel is intended for reporting allegations of abuse under the Whistleblower Directive. You can submit a whistleblower report for allegations of misconduct against the Humak, for example:

  • public procurement
  • money laundering and terrorist financing
  • product safety and compliance
  • protection of privacy and personal data
  • network and information systems security

Notifiers have whistleblower protection and notifications are submitted anonymously. Whistleblowing reports are handled by the President and the Director of Administration, who are bound by confidentiality. For more information on the whistleblowing channel, please visit the Humak website.

Safety channel

The safety channel is intended for reporting near misses, threats, incidents and security incidents. A notification should be submitted with your name, a description of the incident and the time of the incident.

The Safety Manager will process the notifications, take the necessary action and contact with the notifier on the progress of the notification. Notifications will also be discussed by the Humak Security Group and, if necessary, referred to other institutions.

In the event of an acute incident, you should act in accordance with Humak’s safety guidelines.
