The Have Your Say at Humak feedback channel is designed for Humak staff and students to contribute to the development of our operations. You can share a development suggestion to improve our activities, share a good practice, or report an identified issue.
Submitting Feedback
As a student, you can submit feedback anonymously or optionally provide your contact details to receive information about how your feedback is being processed and any resulting actions. Your feedback is always processed anonymously.
Staff members must provide their contact details. In this case, feedback is processed with your name attached, and you will receive a response about the processing and any resulting actions.
Please note that the feedback form requires logging in with your Humak credentials.

What Happens to My Feedback?
- Receipt: Your feedback is received by the secretary of the Quality and Resource planning Committee for processing.
- Processing: Based on its content, the feedback is directed to the appropriate committee or group for review, and the supervisor is informed. They assess what actions the feedback requires.
- Decision: The feedback is discussed in a meeting where decisions are made about possible actions. Processing may involve multiple parties.
- Communication: If you have provided your contact details, you will receive information about how your feedback was processed and any resulting actions.
