Reset your password

There are three different ways to change your password.

1. You have forgotten your password and have access to Peppi, LMS (Hoodle) and Office365:
   1. Go to the login page of a Humak system that requires a HAKA login, e.g.. https://peppi.humak.fi
   2. Click on “Forgot your password”
   3. You are now in the Suomi.fi service. Select the authentication method you want.
      NOTE: If you are a foreign student
      and do not have a Finnish bank account, then contact support@humak.fi
      who can reset your password for you. You will receive a new password via
      SMS. The message comes from Humak University of Applied Sciences.
   4. A view appears where you can set a new password (set it twice).
   5. Follow the instructions in the view.
2. You have forgotten your password and you only have access to the LMS (Hoodle):
   1. Contact support@humak.fi
   2. You will receive a new password via SMS. The message comes from Humak University of Applied Sciences.
3. You have not forgotten your password, but you want to change it:
